Train the Trainer Program
A 5-day structured induction before each cohort launch. Uses the H-E-D-P-T teaching framework. All trainers must complete TTT certification before Day 1 of student delivery.
📐 The H-E-D-P-T Teaching Framework
H — Hook
Open every session with a real-world GCC scenario, a surprising stat, or a failing example that creates immediate curiosity. First 2 minutes are everything.
E — Explain
Concept delivery using analogies, diagrams, and chunked explanations. Max 15 minutes of pure theory before a check-in. No wall of slides.
D — Demo
Live, real-time demonstration using the actual tool or code. No pre-recorded videos. Trainers must be comfortable with live failure recovery.
P — Practice
Structured lab time where every trainee replicates the demo with a variation. Trainers circulate, debug live, and adapt pace based on room progress.
T — Teach-Back
One or two trainees explain the concept back to the group in their own words. Trainer listens for gaps, corrects privately, celebrates publicly.

Day 1 — Program Orientation & GCC Context
Academy culture, BOV values, GCC landscape overview (Hyderabad HITEC + Vijayawada), target learner profiles per track, SLA walkthrough, session logistics & classroom norms.
9AM – 5PM | Full Day OrientationDay 2 — H-E-D-P-T Deep Dive & Micro-Teaching Practice
Workshop on the H-E-D-P-T methodology with live examples. Each trainer delivers a 10-minute micro-lesson, receives peer and facilitator feedback on all 5 dimensions. First rubric scoring.
9AM – 5PM | Full Day Micro-TeachingDay 3 — Track-Specific Deep Prep
Each trainer runs through their full 30-day curriculum map, flags content gaps, aligns lab exercises with real toolchain versions, prepares fallback plans for common demo failures. Tool environment setup verified.
9AM – 6PM | Track-Specific Breakout Technical PrepDay 4 — Full Module Dry Run (Observed)
Each trainer delivers Module 1 of their track as if to a live batch. Program Director and 1 peer observer score using the full 100-point rubric. Recorded for self-review. Debrief session with improvement targets.
9AM – 6PM | Observed Dry Run EvaluationDay 5 — Edge Cases, Q&A Prep & TTT Certification
Handling difficult questions, managing mixed skill levels in batch, managing late joiners, hardware failures (IoT), API downtime (AI tracks). Final Q&A banks reviewed per track. TTT certification awarded (≥75 pts on rubric).
9AM – 3PM | Certification Half-Day Certification🏅 TTT Certification Gate
Technical Accuracy ≥ 90%
All track-specific concepts must be verifiably correct. Zero tolerance for outdated frameworks (e.g. LangChain 0.1 syntax on a 0.3 curriculum).
Rubric Score ≥ 75 / 100
Must pass all 6 rubric dimensions with individual pass thresholds. A single dimension below threshold = conditional pass with re-demo on that dimension.
SLA Agreement Signed
INR 2,50,000 payout structure (30/30/40 tranches) formally acknowledged. SLA satisfaction clause (≥4.5/5.0 rating) acknowledged before Day 1 delivery.
Tool Environment Verified
Trainer's own machine has all required IDEs, APIs, accounts, and lab tools working. IoT trainers must have lab kit tested. AI trainers must have API keys active.
Kit & Materials Received
Trainer has received their trainer kit: physical or digital (based on track), slide decks, lab guide, assessment rubrics, and Day-1 checklist.
Q&A Bank Reviewed
Trainer has gone through the GCC-specific interview Q&A bank for their track and can answer all questions at the "Target Candidate Standard" benchmark.
Training Kits & Materials
Every trainee and trainer receives a curated, track-specific kit on Day 1. Kits are designed to remove all friction between learning and doing. No "download this at home" — everything works from Day 1 in the classroom.

Included in course fee. Distributed on Day 1 after hardware orientation. Kit sealed with serialized sticker — registered to trainee by name.

Pre-loaded API credits and environment configurations handed to each trainee in a sealed envelope with QR code activation. No personal card needed.

Everything needed to run a live Meta + Google + WhatsApp campaign from Day 1. No real ad spend required — all exercises use dummy ad accounts with BOV's test budget allocation.

Pre-hardened engineering environment that mirrors GCC production architecture. Trainees deploy real microservices to cloud within 48 hours of Day 1.

The complete ground-level checklist for the Madhapur launch day. Ownership assigned, timing specified. Every item must be green before trainee doors open at 9AM.
